• Overview

  Every beverage bottling facility requires a cost efficient, clean method for the disposition of out of date or out of spec products.

  Shred-Tech® has been providing solutions to suit this need for many years. All shapes and sizes of cans, plastic bottles and aseptic packaging have been processed using our systems.

  The systems are designed specifically to meet the requirements of container size, throughput, material handling, facility layout and budget.

  Our flagship system the BCS-50 (pictured above) is a complete turnkey system designed for easy installation in most facilities. It is an automated system that processes large boxes or totes of containers up to 2 litre size at a throughput rate of 15,000 lbs per hour. The liquid is separated from the packaging and is sent to a holding tank and the packaging to a baler or other container.
