If you do not have a login, you can create a login to eParts Portal by entering ‘guest’ as the Username and leave the Password blank.
You will be taken to the User Account Setup screen. Enter your email address that is associated with your Shred-Tech Customer Account.
NOTE: If you do not have a valid email with us, please contact Service or your Account Manager.
Enter your name here in the ‘Please Enter Your Name’ field.
NOTE: This will be your login Username.
If you have a valid email address the 'Create Account' button will be available. Click it.
Click on the LOGOUT button in the upper right corner.
An email will be sent to your entered email address. This will contain your login information including a password.
You are now ready to access the eParts Portal!
Changing Your Password
Login to the eParts Portal using your assigned login information. Click on the Edit Profile icon located to the left of the ‘Cancel Parts Request’
The User Account Setup screen will load with your current email and Username loaded automatically. Enter your new password and verify it. NOTE: it must be at least 8 characters long.
The next time you login you will use your new password.
