The ST-100 Industrial Shredder is a complex, heavy-duty shredder machine that features a 32” x 60” cutting chamber, which enables it to handle a wide range of products as well as bulky wastes. It can tear through some of the tougher loads, such as wooden pallets, metals, hazardous wastes, passenger tires, and more. Once these products go through our shredder, they end up in a smaller, optimum shred size. It works with a large-duty throughput of up to 3 tons per hour, working much more efficiently for the business. Offering you significant durability and higher service factors, the shredder features a new cast steel body design with bulkhead walls and labyrinth barriers located at each end of the cutting chamber for maximum bearing and seal protection.

Along with easily removable sectional cleaning fingers and a lightweight chamber plate for quicker cutting chamber disassembly, this industrial shredder also features sharp knives, durable hex shafts, and a user-friendly control panel. Knives
Our experienced engineers have designed each knife profile and configuration for optimized shredding capabilities. The knives are sharp enough to eat their way through some of the thicker materials until there’s nothing left but the shredded remains. Built with a thick and sharp tip, the knives are durable enough to continuously handle the day-to-day jobs with ease and efficiency. Hex Shafts
With the unique design of the machined hex shafts, it offers maximized knife placement configurations to suit the desired application much more easily. It also allows for easier knife removal and machine maintenance to keep the shredder functioning optimally. Our engineers have designed the hex shaft to be several times stronger than a keyed shaft. Control Panel
In order to gain control over the entire shredding system, we offer the highly productive control panel. The system is designed and created by certified Shred-Tech® technicians to provide you with the means to stay in complete control over the entire process, from the loading to the shredding to the unloading. The control panel features a number of benefits, including hour meter, illuminated function buttons, keyed power switch, fused lockable disconnect, and a programmable logic controller for standard shredder functions, which includes knife reversal on overload.

Hopper

In-Feed & Out-Feed Conveyor
In order to experience a much smoother workflow, we offer either the in-feed conveyor, out-feed conveyor, or both. The in-feed conveyor is strong enough to move the bulky products directly into the shredder while the out-feed conveyor transfers the shredded remains of the items away for managing.
